Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, and optionally phone number, business name, budget range, and whatever you write in the message.
• Purchases: your email, name, billing address, and the package you bought. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Project intake: the answers you give about your business and the site you want.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat bubble, and your email address if you ask to be put through to a person. Please do not type card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details into it.
• Server logs: standard web server logs including IP address, which are also what our rate limiting uses to block spam.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to deliver and support the site you bought, and to bill you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Postmark — sending the emails this site generates.
• Anthropic — the chat assistant. What you type into the chat bubble is sent to their API to produce a reply. Nothing else on this page goes to them, and it is not used to train their models.
• Cloudflare — DNS, and the spam check on our forms.

Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nothing is shared beyond what those services need to do their job.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout and billing portal, which are hosted on Stripe's own domains, set cookies necessary for payment and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for two years. Order and intake records are kept for seven years, because they are financial records. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and notify active clients by email.
