You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Hosting runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then the site comes offline on our servers. You own the design and content, so we will hand over an export of the site files and content for you to host elsewhere.

Yes. The design, copy, and content are yours. The build fee pays for the site itself; the monthly fee pays for hosting, maintenance, and support. If you leave, you take the site with you.

Typically two to three weeks from the point we have your content. The single biggest factor is how quickly photos and copy come back to us — the design and build are rarely what holds a project up.

Hosting includes up to one hour of content edits per month — text changes, swapping photos, updating hours, adding a promotion. Email us and it gets done. Larger work such as new page templates or new features is quoted separately before anything starts.

Usually, yes, and migration is included in the build fee. We can move content from an existing site and point your domain at the new one, and we will tell you up front if anything cannot come across cleanly.

Because an unmaintained site is a liability. The monthly fee covers SSL, backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring, which is what keeps the site fast, secure, and online. It also means there is someone to call when something breaks.

Then we quote it. Five pages covers most small businesses — home, about, services, contact, and one more. If you need a store, a booking system, a blog you edit yourself, or something integrated with software you already run, tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a scope and a number.

Your domain name, if you do not already own one, which is usually around fifteen dollars a year paid to the registrar. Beyond that, no setup fees, no per-change charges, and no annual increase you find out about on the invoice.
